​​​Step 2: Quote and Pay
We will get back to you with a quote. If you accept, we will create a link for you to pay using Paypal Goods and Services. If you are a returning customer and have an arrangement for an open box, we do still require a deposit for customs.

Step 3: Carve and Polish
The process begins! We develop a template for the carving and send it to you for approval. Then the piece is rough carved (usually by machine) and the details are hand-carved. The polishing process takes the longest. Your piece will go through at least 4 stages of polishing.

Step 4: Delivery!
Once the piece is done, we will send you more pictures and/or videos and ship it to you!
